round corners shader node (à la mental ray)

one of the nice features of mental ray is the rounded corners bump, which adds adjustable faked rounded edges your objects for increased realism. you can see an example here:

do a page search for round corners and see it close to the bottom (it adds a fake surface tension to the water)

it would add realism in the way Maxwell plays with light, as perfect corners don't exist in reality

agree. vray has the similar function too.
