Next Level > bake texture and fbx export to unity

I like to go the next Level.
At the moment, it's not possible to bake texture with maxwell. But it would be great to have that. The most other render can do that.
I think, the future is in realtime walkthrough with precalculated texture!
Go to the website from ZeroFractal http://www.zerofractal.com/ an check it out. The website is great....
They do that in the USA with a lot of success since some years. They use 3DStudioMax (model and bake textures) and Unity http://unity3d.com/ for the realtime walkthrough and movies.
I would like to use Maxwell and Unity. I have already made a walkthrough with SketchUp and Unity. It looks not realistic without illumination and shadows. Now i would like to made a walkthrough with precalculated illumination and shadows. So i hope, NextLimit will go to the next Limit and support bake texture and fbx export.
I like to model with SkechUp or Modo, bake textures in Maxwell save as .fbx (that's the format, unity can read) and setup the walkthrough in unity. On the other hand, i will learn Max.
How you other users thinking about that, an how is NextLimit thinking about that?
