Probably impossible but I really wished I could change the focus when the image has rendered.

This is a nice tool, but there is something I do not understand:
-If we are going to create a depth map by hand anyway, then what is the need for this tool. Once the depth map is made we could control DOF natively in Photoshop.

So, there has to be something that I miss about this concept

If I got it right you can define how much the depth effect will be - am I right?
