LOCK ALL OBJECTS button

a button to lock ALL objects with one click would be nice.
When I lock all objects , save my project and reopen they are all UNLOCKED again.
This is not how it should work.
The same goes for hiding objects - they should STAY hidden when saved and reopened.....shouldn't they ?
