1.6 Wrong Camera Icon for Shifted Lens

The camera icon do not show the shift value, and this is related to the fact that you cannot see a right frame when looking through this camera. Instead it shows the frame as if it wouldn´t be shifted.
To correct this the plane in front of the camera that represents the FOV angles should be shifted as in this example. (shifted position in RED)

Frustum gizmo is not designed to represent shift lens.

First note that this was NOT poosted in the wish list, but in the BUG report list.
Second Note that this fact is causing the wrong frame for shift lens in the 3d viewport, which is clearly a bug.

Though I agree that the gizmo was not designed for it and so it isn't a bug,
I think that it's actually a good thing to do - and not very hard either.
Ie Cinema does it and it's quite helpful.
