Please! I can't believe this hasn't become a popular request. Maxwell's full global illumination algorithm is the perfect candidate for a light baking solution. The applications for baking are next to limitless and I'm not being optimistic.

This HAS to happen, NL.

That could be because some people don't understand the benefits. Think of game environments with rich lighting complete with full high resolution shadowing and shading. Add some real-time glare and HDR and you've practically got photo-realistic graphics at interactive frame rates.

PLEASE GIVE US LIGHT BAKING!!!!

This might not mean much to those of you who don't do animations but if you ever want to try it take my word for it baking is the only way it's ever going to be economical or feasible. That’s assuming that you get quicker render with baking, if you’re only going to save a few minutes then it wouldn’t really make a difference.

i think everyone thought about baking
It's so hard to have basic running things here, that nobody told for it again
But, i agree that it should have been done for a looooong time, instead of refunding and refunding again and again.
Do you want the displacement? So don't ask for Baking
