Local Realscale Modifier

It would be nice to have a local modifier for realscale instead of hunting down each texture setting. I realize this sounds like what textures do when realscale is disabled, but with the former you start off at a known size whereas on the latter it's always going to be wildly variable per object and scene..
So if say, you have a material with 3 textures at their optimal proportion
localscale=1m
tex1= .1m realscale
tex2= .2m realscale
tex3= 3m realscale
localscale=.5m would multiply each by .5 rather than going and editing each proportionally by hand.
tex1=.05m
tex2=.1m
tex3=1.5m
