Command line behavior changed - keystrokes commands please

Hi all & NextLimit

I'm having a problem with the new implementation of the command line behavior. When I do a .Bat file to do a series of renders one after the other the command line window does not appear anymore, it is a maxwell console. This is a nice addition, as the information presented is very useful, plus it looks damn good.

HOWEVER...

In the old command line mode one could interrupt a render any time while still outputting the MXI file. The bat file would then skip to the next file in the list, until a Ctrl-C which would kill the bat file completely. This level of control is critical.

I am finding I can no longer interrupt a render cleanly, and this to me is a big problem. If I close the window the JPG and the MXI files do not get updated, which means I have waisted some resources. Furthermore I can't skip the current render and move to the next one.

Can some keystrokes please be added to the command line so we can have this control back?
