exclude from ML

Hi,
it would be nice, to have an option for excluding emitters from multilight.
I´m just working on a synthisizer model with a lot of leds. there is no need to change those emitters by multiligh.
I´m using just 4 plain-emitters for lighting which need multiligh-control.. ;-)

All the best,
Andre

What kind of app do you use?

Just attach all of leds to one mesh.

..thats the problem ;-)
...over 50 leds, build into swiches.

those switches are instance-objects and it would be not a small thing, to "melt" all insances into objects and select the required meshes..

it would be nice, to have some kind of rendertag for the led-object, that just excludes the emitter (and its instances, o.c.) from multiligh..

On plug-in basis please. Cinema4d's EmitterTag for example. Just place a checkbox in it and that's it. :)

Btw: I would like the c4d-Emittertag to be just as functional as the Emitter section in Maxwell's Standalone Material Editor. With all the lamp presets and so on... but that's another and different wish I guess. :)
