I have a suggestion regarding cinema4d plugin.
What I would like to see is the implementation of ways to access all params from tags.
For example, I really do not understand why the location and angle of camera are hidden in Maxwell Camera tag. I know that these are supposed to be obtained from an actual camera object, but they are not translated right at this point (Don't get me wrong, I am not blaming anyone here... I know that these stuff are treated differently in each app, and they can be really tricky...). However, by providing ways to directly manipulate those from tag (maybe turn on/off with checkbox to avoid conflict with other tag)... c4d users might be able to find out what kind conversions are needed (Xpresso and coffee are very useful for prototyping).
Another example would be texture path... if we could supply absolute path directly, then we could use texture map on Mac (and maybe we can use bump map too). It's really too bad that we can't use all the features that are already implemented internally.
Well, this is not a complete solution (or a solution for everyone), but I really believe that this can help NL's development efforts.
Thanks,
Kingpin
