Full 360 degrees Panoramic Camera

That can render a full spherical equirectangular image in just a single file, that could be used to create QT or other brands interactive panoramas.
Currently it is possible to do so by rendering 6 separated images, but the procedure to arrange the cameras and remap the full image is very indirect.
