editable preview size in the render preview options in the material editor.

do you mean to resize material preview in mxed?
Can be done now, right click on the preview, and select Set Preview Options. Change scale to something lower than the 100% default

yess, but larger... i think 100 % is around 90 by 90 px.

it would be great to enter directly the px size...
