NL, it's your turn to guide this forum

We read 2-3 wishes every day and by now, there are enough for Maxwell 5. I believe NL must publish a general list of what is going to change or be improved for the next release as a guideline for us. This would help us to concetrate on these features and tell to the dev. team our opinion so that finally the product will be better for all of us.
The latest plugin was a very good start and it works very well but I guess there will be also some changes for the engine too or the studio. I see that we have many CG proffesionals here that can be a valuable help.

Like a checklist table with what will be or not be implemented/updated and
with a "when" or "version target" of when it will be available?
If that is what you guys are saying, then I concur =)

Yes please we do wanna see this sort of checklist and it should show what's scheduled, even tho i realize this is somewhat difficult as it's a fluid process to code this stuff. However it's necessary for us to get a better idea what's being done and what we can look forward to in the future.

Yes, it would definitly be useful to know if any of those hundreds of whiches of the last month will be implemented and which, the list keeps growing and there very little feadback of which feature are likely to be implemented within a short period and which will take years to be taken into account. I would welcom that very mutch.
Happy new Year!

Let me remind to everyone that we are all very curious about what 1.2 will be but besides that, a list of features-improvements would narrow the wishlist and we will all help NL team by expressing our opinion. That's what this forum is about anyway

I don't want to be a downer, I really like this idea and if NL would do it I think we would see much less anxiety about Maxwell. The problem is that they have already done this when Maxwell was in Alpha/Beta, they had a roadmap which is basically the same thing as your check list. There was a list of features that were going to be implemented, once it was clear that there was no way they were going to be able to implement many of those features the road map was scrapped. I fear that the same thing would happen with this check list which is why they won't do it.
