Reflections Visible in Studio Viewport

I don't know if this is technically feasible using OpenGL (it seems like it should be), but a way to see first order reflections in Studio would be tremendously helpful for placing things like emitters. With large scenes, doing even small preview renders can take a long time. I am imagining something like a "reflective" display option in the viewport, that turns everything into a reflective surface where you could see how your emitter or background reflections would show up on objects.
