Motion blur controlled by shutter.

It would be SOOOO cool to have ability to change motion blur amount depending on the shutter speed setting DURING the render.
May be very useful in animations, yet i guess it's way to hard to implement (hope i am wrong with it).
Anyone would like to have it too?
