ML with true sun and sky

I don't know if this is possible but if we could use Multi Light to change the sun direction and intensity along with the sky conditions as we change the day time, would allow us to make real light studies on buildings!! AWESOME!!!

I asked the same thing a while ago, but I think it is not possible. Changing any characteristic of a light source, other than the intensity, means that maxwell has to recalculate the scene. At least this is the answer that I got

Thanks JTB, i thought it would be a hard thing to implement but it would be awesome and the only renderer to have something like this!!

Maxwell is the only renderer with ML option anyway... :wink:

For a limited time, anyway! Look at the new implementations V-Ray is releasing with the 1.5 version? Many of them they took from Maxwell!! Anyway, i believe Maxwell has lots of potencial and will always release new features.
