The importance of using Studio

I apreciate the last improvements in the Maxwell Studio Features.
Anyway I am concious I am in a minority which do not use high end packages that has pluggins. I am using Autocad, and at the time I bought Maxwell it was supposed to appear a pluggin for Autocad. Now it seems that it will not happen. So I am forced to use Studio, which is too limited.
I am glad that as time pass by, Studio is getting more professional, and we are nearer from the tool that we were expecting.
I just wanted to tell NL, do not forget that people in my position are still too limited, so we will be happy if you could set up the priorities in a way that we could be more leveled in relationship to all the other users that has pluggins.
Thanks in advance!

I hope you´re not referring to the C4D plugin. I can guarantee you that you don´t want something working so badly it´s close to useless.
And it´s nowhere near Studio in functionality and features.

Do you mean you prefer to work in Studio, rather using the 4D Cinema Pluggin? If so: wellcome to the users group of Studio!

Actually i would never touch Studio.
I was merely mentioning that the plugins aren´t as good as you think and that i would like to see them getting some priority as well.

I have to have a plugin for the scenes i work with, but right now i´m forced to use an older, non hd version of the plugin because of some serious camera errors in Cinemaxwell 1.1.
And since i need highres renders, i currently can´t even work with Maxwell, only play.

If you prefer not to use Studio, it means that Studio is in worse conditions.

No, i simply wouldn´t use Studio if it was completely bug free and the best render engine on the planet, because it will always be far to limited with object/scene handling compared to any standard 3D app.

That, and also because i can´t triangulate the scenes i create. They are already massive as they are, and if i would need to triangulate everything, the result would be 4-8 million+ polygon scenes, without highres textures. It´s not workable, and another reason why i will never use Studio.

I wouldn´t know about the condition of Studio, but Cinemaxwell is probably one of the worst plugins i´ve tried for C4D.
It´s pretty clear that the people working with that plugin, as well as the beta testers, don´t know a thing about workflow.

In my oppinion, it seems both tools are not complete. That is the reason they need more work on them to be usable professionally.
