OGL approximation and rendering from non-black slate.

This is a request for somewhat down the line with the renderer.

Currently, Maxwell begins it's calculations with a black screen and then stochastically fills in pixels as it samples.

If we had a coarse OGL approximation, and used that approximation as a starting point instead of the black screen, the visualization process would be sped up considerably giving us an idea of how the image was coming out faster while still moving to an unbiased solution of the image.

For the purpose of cooperative rendering, the OGL approximation would probably need to be in a separate channel so that it wouldn't interfere with the pixel merging.
