Make cooperative rendering better

Right now manager crashes almost every time I do a large job with lots of machines, it can't remember any settings or jobs once it's down and everything has to be resubmitted. The network rendering interface won't allow you to add or subtract machines from a job once it's been submitted and I don't think it will allow new render nodes that are just coming online to join in on a currently running project. MXI's are generated on each render node but the merge process only works about 5% of the time, it seems that if any nodes go down during rendering or get stuck the merge process will not continue. The network rendering manager needs to be able to dynamically add and subtract machines and they come online and offline and error reports need to be created for machines that have problems. It would also be helpful if the network rendering display could show the computers name not just the IP address, along with CPU speed and Memory as well as how long the job has been running and what percentage completion it is reaching.
