I'd like a pause button on the renderer because sometimes I need to do something else while rendering is going on and the renderer slows everything else to crawl. This would be very useful when something comes up.

heres a tip, on windows xp while rendering press ctrl alt delete and set mxcl.exe's priority to low, now you should be able to work on other things while Maxwell is rendering
