Be able to pan up and down your image whilst rendering...

How often do I want to look at something in the top or bottom corner of an image, only to be able to zoom to the centre of the said image.
I know I could go and look at the default.tga file in the Maxwell Output directory if I was that bothered.
I am sure this would be an easy implementation.
