For the stand-alone application or within the various plug-ins, it would be helpful to be able to employ additional primitives. Instead of the polygon approximations for spheres, cylinders, disks, rings, cones, and tori within the various modeling programs, it would be nice to have the true geometry of the aforementioned, particularly for use as light sources. Maxwell is essentially a ray tracer so it should be aptly suited for this. Just a thought
