FIRE:Progress window/bar?
I found this when I searched about the progress bar and I think it's been added to Studio/Render but I was wondering...
...if we could have one with Fire. Not really in Studio/Render but in Maya in particular.
I use the progress bars in any program that has one to really judge that the image looks like this at this time/sampling level and looks like that at that time and sampling level, etc.
While waiting for that feature if it's implemented or not I will try to make one with MEL scripting but I suck at programming if it's not copy and pasting.
I feel so bad saying anything about added features considering that FIRE at 30samples renders a lot better than other programs in the main render frame and faster also.
Thanks again.

You can tell Maxwell to stop rendering once it reaches a certain sampling level, but that only means that it stops rendering then, not that it couldn't have rendered longer, had you chosen a higher level. For a final rendering, it is better to use a sampling level you are never likely to reach, say 30, and then just save the image once you are happy with how it looks. In Maxwell Render Suite, you can change your mind about that after stopping the rendering, and just re-start it -- it will pick up the rendering where it left off.
