I choose blueray because it seems more of a PC/home player hybrid as opposed to a home player only type thing

HD-DVD? BluRay-Disc?
both suck at storage space and data-rates..
i vote for HVD !

who wants this bulky blue ray stuff.
you ar even not able to print on it - to make a nice prasentation disc or something similar.
with HD-DVD you are able to all this layout and cover stuff as with CD or DVD
blue ray looks like a backup disc - not multimedia.
i hate it when they do this business battle - why not get together, look what is best for all purposes and finally come out with a nice one for all solution.
