That benchwell list is garbage... For instance how are the first two spots (with less memory) over a minute faster than the 10th and 11th spots? I can only assume they are overclocked but there's no ghz info in the list.... Also looks like there's two dudes with the same machine holding 10 spots in the top 20 of the list.....

To answer your question, Yes you can find/order machines that are built to those specs but you're going to pay somewhere between 150% - 200% part cost
