Can't connect to portal

Hi,

I m unable anymore connect to portal to download MR.
It's been a while since my last connexion. When I try the "Forgot your password?" option my login name is not recognised.
I own a V3 licence.

Can someone à NL please contact me because i've tryed 4 times to contact you with the form but no answer (since 3 weeks)

The username is an email, not a user name (bad name for that field). That's that help? If not, can you please put a link of the form you are using to contact? so I can know who is receiving that communication and help
