Support (or lack of it)

I have for the past weeks had issues with V3 licensing/RLM servers stuff. I have written support several times and got a few answers, but no responses in the past week – and my problems persist.

I have now decided to purchase a second node-locked V3 to solve my problems. Shouldn't really be necessary for me to spend additional money to make something work that I already paid for, but there you go. Getting up and running, so that I can serve my clients is just more important.

I have written NL asking how to purchase V3, since only V4 is available through their webshop. Still no answer!

You don't need purchase new license or you can upgrade to v4
