I would simply call that 'automated fabrication'; otherwise, steel production (the way we know it) is pretty much 3D printing, too.
But 3D printing is sooo trending right now, so you just call basic things 3D printing too, to get that WOW-effect :)

:D Hehe yes I do get your point, but that 'brick printer' still needs a bricklayer.

How many years to commercialise something like this?
