Sloppy Customer Support

Hey I'm a bit upset about the not existing activity to a license query I made via the gateway.
I opened a ticket at 21.Feb and get no response.
This is not the way to treat customers and shows a clear attitute of a company.

Something might have gone wrong in the system, did you also send an E-mail?
I´m sure this is not intentional.

just sent another query to licensing via Customer Gateway right before I was reading here.

Which email adress did you use because I can't find any message from you, searching for the same email as in your forum profile.

I used the official Customer Gateway. Like I wrote above. Got a reply from the mail now that my query has been forwarded to the people.
Finally. So forums are faster as the offical form. ;)

EDIT: I have maybe two mails.
