Some of these renders are really nice, esp the postwork, very subtle.. would like to find highres versions and more info, like who exactly made them.

Yeah as far as I'm concerned, these renders have set the standard. This is why arch vis is so interesting to me: capturing the subtleties of lighting in real life I find quite compelling.

I am also sure one idea hey have in Mind is to be able to show not yet made objects.. if there is a demand.. they'll fabricate it.. and with 3D printing giant steps, it could become the norm...

well it was more practical for them in a first try.. the artists that worked on all used Vray for quiet some time.. but they might switch one day...

in fact not very impress by the quality of the images. There are too typical of the vrayish style that we see in plenty of forum across the web. The ikea staff must have a look in the gallery of maxwell to see the work of some master
