Suggestions for a "quick and dirty" drawing program?

Sometimes I need to do a "quick sketch" of something, let's say a mock-up of a user interface. Windows "Paint" is a little too basic; Illustrator (or PS) way overkill. Anyone use anything that is fast to learn/use? Something that can draw straight lines, movable text...
Thanks!

I like this one from Xara, it's quick, easy and fast to work with. Vector and pixelbased graphics. It's like a blend of Photoshop and Illustrator in one.
But it comes at a price which may scare you away..
