Hi!
Is there any plugin like VUE or similiar that works with Cinema 4d and Maxwell render? We are a visualize department in a building company and we are not satisfied with our landscaperenders.
Best Regards
Tobias

Is it more about the terrain or about the flora?
If it's terrain there's always Terragen. I think the best export option there is the .OBJ export node.
For plants you can use Xfrog which has both Terragen and C4D integration, so the workflow is up to you.
There is a small tutorial for setting up proper Maxwell materials for Xfrog
http://xfrog.com/support/rendering/maxwell/
If the terrain is less important, then just modeling it in C4D and then adding in the C4D Xfrog plugin seems like the best choice.

Thanks! It's the trees and flowers that we need more, the terrain itself are from real coordinates built in our cadsoftware.

Trees and flowers can come from anywhere, use Instances in C4D, prob use 'surface-spread' plug to populate but C4D has many ways too. I havent done this yet myself, but thats the theory.
The legwork is building the variations of the leaf mxm's, so make sure your happy with your formula for leaf mxm's before deriving variations of them.
And its time consuming picking the right plants, and tweaking the meshes to make them look more random & natural.
Hiring a Vue specialist is an option for a composite workflow of course.
