Believe it or not, I'm still using Hitachi 4G Microdrives in my cameras. These are actual platter drives, not SSD. At the time I bought them there was nothing with this capacity or speed for writing. Suggestions for SSD drives? I don't mind small capacity, I'll get a couple of them if not ridiculousness in price.
