For my good friend Leo, I have build a Web-shop for Fiat 126 parts, based on OS commerce.
Apart from the design it has been heavily customized, especially behind the scenes, but also the shop it self.

There are still some things to do, but for a few days now it's live.
This is the first shop I ever buils and I would love to know what you think about it.

The main question: Is it user friendly on the back end for maintaining inventory and tracking sales/shipping?

yeah, it has been a lot of work, but almost finished now, I'm still working on the gallery, and a function to upload pictures from the admin. (almost done)
New images will be put in a new frame I made in Fireworks, and will have a high slide function.

And, admin functions and possibilities are very extensive, you can also use it in a physical shop to create orders and register new customers.
Also a nice function that creates sales reports, and you can see the total amount that has been spend by a customer.

But also integrated shipping with for instance UPS or TNT and others.
And several methods for payment.

Also a function to send newsletters to registered customers,

and much much more, I've customized it very extensively
