The problem was identified on Sunday after Intel got a better understanding of circuit-level issues related to temperature, voltage and time degradation.
i'd guess for now, those who run one should better not overclock, maybe even point an additional fan towards the passive heatsinks of the chipset.

I've successively exchanged my motherboard with newer version (b3).

Yes, B3 revision fixed this issue.
