My SolidWorks / Maxwell Render Workstation?

My SolidWorks / Maxwell Render Workstation?

Dell Precision T7500

Dual Intel(R) Xeon(R) X5680 3.33GHz, 12M cache, 6.4 GT/s QPI, Turbo, HT, 6C 1 (total of 12 cores!!!) Wondering if I only need one licence, for two cpus?
2GB nVIDIA Quadro 4000,Dual Monitor,2DP & 1DVI,Dell Precision
24GB (6x4GB) DDR3 RDIMM Memory, 1333MHz, ECC
300GB SATA (10,000RPM)
1.5TB SATA (7200RPM)

Can't play with it until 7 February -- when I start at new client. Looking forward to hitting the render button!

keep your old computer around. because the first two days you will think: wow! that machine is sooo fast! a week later you'll think it's normal. then go back and work on your old computer and wait in agony for your renders to finish :D

I'm spring for new machine this month and will do just that! Nice idea! I quick reminder will ease the pain of investment!
