I use Forestpack from itoosoft.com and I just saw a new product, GrowFX from ExLevel... It looks great, there is a demo and some tutorials...
I think it is not very easy to make a simple tree, and I can't find anything about libraries or examples that come with the product...
I would like to hear from someone that uses it, has used it or wants to try the demo...
It is not very expensive compared to ONYX which I find to be the best so far.

I bought it for one project that were bidding on but did not get, so I haven't used it a ton. I think it is extremely powerful as a tool, but also very complex. It is not an intuitive system but if you figure it out you can do great stuff with it ( the mentor tree sets are an example I think) and exlevel has great support and will help you get up and running.
There are no libraries that come with it akaik, but that would be a big help for sure.

Take the time to watch the video tutorials on their website. This plugin is very flexible, it can create nearly any kind of plant you want without having to invest in multiple plant creators or libraries.
I've been very happy with it, especially because of the control it gives you over polygon count. Plant creation gets easier with practice.

Thank you, I think I will buy this for Christmas... There is a 15% discount offer from itoosoft until the end of december...
Since Maxwell realtime preview is free I will have to choose something else for my christmas present!

Mine should arrive today or tomorrow. I'll review after I put it through it's paces.
