This is really strange! Is there really so much difference between the two CPUs????
I mean when using Maxwell...

Intel Core i7 980X (1366, 3,33 Ghz, 12Mb) (32nm 6cores) 1085€
AMD Phenom II X6 1075T (am3, 3GHz, 6Mb) (45nm 6cores) 240€

While it is impossible for me to buy the first, I would really like to have the second... but I've never bought an AMD before and the price difference makes me worry...

It's not a maxwell comparision, but I think it'll be similar to this.

Thanks, I have 2 PCs with i860 2.8Ghz and one with quadcore 2.4Ghz so I think I will wait...
