Pronunciation

Hi all,
I have a little doubt, english is not my mother language either my boss, but this is the language that we use to communicate each other and my question is how to pronounce Facade in english?
I say fakeid
My boss say faceid
And some people say fasad
Sorry if this topic is stupid

I would say fasad.

OK, I'm going to have to stop this conversation in it's tracks right now.
So...
just saw/heard the Black Eyed Peas for the first time on American Idol. Damn they SUCK. Why are they so popular? Guess I'm getting old.
