Does the intel Xeon E5520 have 8 threads ?

Will a dual cpu set of these processors have 16 threads ?
will it show on the task manager?
I know it has four cores but i thought they were hypethreaded?

I say yes it will... ie., show 16 threads.

that is what i thought.....
my new comp at work only showed 8 ...
when i get it set up we will find out

Nice .. nothing like having an extra 8 threads just show up.
