I heard that "E" was planed as a edition without internet Explorer (because of their EU impeachment)
But now, they won't deliver this Version. Instead there is the possibility to choos your favorite Browser.

IMO it's just stupid, imagine apple has to deliver Ipod's without itunes

They should have done this 5 years ago. In its 8th iteration, Internet Explorer has become a decent browser.
I think the EU forcing MS to do this is pointless, all the novices will keep using the defaults, all others make their choices now as before.

I just wish the OS itself was more appealing. OSX is great.

I installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 last night as my old XP64 installation crapped out and became unusuable. I have not yet installed any apps like Maxwell :( but so far i can say the performance boost is pretty big! the system became much more responsive with Win7 installed. :)

Is it possible to have Win7 and Vista (Both 64bit) in the same network?
I think Vista and XP together had problems....
