Just wanted to ask if you guys purchasing products from Evermotion actually recieve the stuff?

Bought a package with trees from Evermotion, recieved one dead download link of two and are getting absolutely no answer from their sales departement.
Luckily this was through a reseller, so i´m holding of with payment until i have the full product. Still, it´s somewhat annoying.

I was just on their site yesterday and it was a mess. Very difficult to navigate...nearly impossible actually. Could not find anything I was looking for.
Don't know why they changed the site but it sucks...I even thought about sending an email but couldn't find a contact address.

I 've ordered several of their products over the course of the last two years, and I never experienced any problems.

I have purchased some stuff from them without any problem during last two years. But I have no experience since they have changed their well organized, categorized and structured pages to the mess they have now... I see a bright side - you can buy a 3D model not only whole collection.

Guess it´s just my bad luck.
I´ll probably be able to solve it anyway. Asked the reseller to order a CD instead.

I have no previous experience about the navigation there, but damn it must be the slowest webpage on the web.
I have a pretty decent connection but it still takes forever to load a single page.
Improving their server speed would definitely not hurt.
