Is the "Mark topics read" issue driving anyone else nuts?

I am a somewhat compulsive forum reader
and this one glitch drives me nuts... I hate having to click that button every time I leave a forum.
Am I missing something? Why is it that most forums/websites do this automatically?

I had the same problem with the "old" forum - after the update everything is ok. I was never able to figure out why...

Maybe it is an old FireFox problem... I went back to the old FF because I did not like the new layout of FF. Sounds like I am grumpy eh
.... I will update FF and see if that takes care of the issue. Thanks fellas

I'm having Mark Forums Read on the latest version of Firefox, but I don't mind it personally. It's quite nice being able to get on and quickly check something, then come back later for a full browse of the forums and know what's been posted since you last properly looked.
