I'm not sure how this may apply to us Maxwellians (I haven't read the tech details) but I thought it sounded interesting!!

I've seen the news of their tilera 64 chip at two years ago.
But that time, that is not a general purpose processor but for an embedded apps.
Maybe this seems too.

..this is a RISC chip..

basically brings similar limitations like Cell or Cuda : complete redesign & rewriting of code
that is why
larabee is so interesting.. it can process x86 instructions too...
