Wow. refreshed home.
but I feel that the font size is somewhat small than before, right? or just my emotion?

Very good! So 'spring-fresh'. I like it. And smaller fonts are way better, too.
I guess log in problem is now gone.

seems, that I've been kicked out of the beta-tester group? i don't see those beta groups anymore.
or may this be a mistake, taken place during design chenage?

Bit confusing at first. The layout is visually more dominant than the content, lots of lines everywhere.
I'm sure we'll get used to it.
We could use a few more specific smileys though and only half of the current ones. I don't know if you can remove them individually or only in packages. Some of the replacements aren't as cool as the old, aliased phpbb ones.
Here some expressions i find useful:
(when following and exiting thread)
(happy about news)
(cheers / shared happiness)

bigger moniter to see a smaller font.

It's not showing up here either. Maybe since they haven't had anything for us to test in the past 8 months they decided to can it.
