Not to hijack the thread but....I think the absolute best, and must have PS brushes are David Nagel's series found here:

I'm never comfortable using pre-made splats, vector shapes and such because i don't feel like i can show it as my work.
I'll enjoy painting with the watercolor ones though, thanks
