Maxwell Render | Official public forum

It has been a while since last update... It would be nice to have a Maxwell newsletter or e-magazine with some news....

For example...
1. What we could expect for next release...
2. Will we have a 1.x release or are we waiting for 2.0?
3. Will we have a new Maxwell application, for example something like what Fry is developing?

This post will probably not be answered by many, I just wanted to ask...

what are they (fry) developing ?

Something called Random Control 4, Virtual Reality technology... I don't know exactly if it is important or not....
For marketing reasons, NL must be planning something too, don't you think?
Actually, even the smallest update is very nice, now that Maxwell is really showing it's power, with instances, new physical sky model etc...
I am really curious, as everyone....
Also for marketing reasons, I wish we could have Nicole's newsletter back!

Random Control 4 has been "coming soon" for several years. I remember reading about it a few years back when I was deciding between Fry and Maxwell. I must admit, though that I have not been reading the Fry forums as much lately so maybe it is "getting closer"?

If Maxwell could render 50 times faster, there really would be only one render engine to consider...
