Was wondering what top things you guys responded to in the survey?
mine were as follows:
need of Procedural textures
Volumetric lights
Modo plug in
Speed

Those would be nice things to have
maybe not volumetric lights but the rest of the things you mentioned, especially speed and faster and better clearing of noise. Heh.. i think i wrote way to much in that
like an A4 filled with text of stuff i wanna have in Maxwell which the competition already got.

It was a survey next limit sent out earlier in the week via e-mail. You should have gotten it if your a registered user?

My top wish (or at least one of them) is better dielectrics and especially better interaction between dielectrics and light.
For example I have problems to get physical results of a pool at night... I am not very happy with the workarounds....I mean when emitters are inside the water volume.

It would be nice to see the final results just to get an idea of what all the users want. I would imagine speed still tops the list, but you never know.

I work on animation (Maya) so I requested procedural textures and volumetric lights as well.
Once this is done I think I can safely ditch mental ray
BTW a modo plug-in would be very good IF modo was 64-bit soon... as in this year or next at the latest.

I mentioned the C4D plugin many times. I would love to see a summary of the results, I think that type of thing is very interesting.
