Anything better and reasonably priced other than axyz.
These are ok for distance shots but looking for something higher quality for closer viewing.
Suggestions please.

well, it does not really exist.. because the folks that need such highrez people are generally studios for feature films.. but it will cost you one eye and a kidney..

expensive ones: http://www.rocketbox-libraries.com/cc_index.php
less expensive ones: http://www.lowpolygon3d.com/CCP6/index. ... 2ni3vg7o21

i own a few of the latter ones, they are even less detailed than the axyz people, but the poses seems to be a bit more natural, because those are probably not posed, but originally scanned or photographed people.

they are poly heavy, but one can retopologize them with Cyclise..

They don't sell the models.. just the services... I know Helmut is travelling all over the world to scan people... even in the big US studios..

you can hire them... but you'll have to sell your house first.. hehe :D

ps, I have all here to make realist ones, but no time... time is the enemy.. 8)

Got 3d has pretty good ones. The textures were overly saturated thought, but that' an easy fix in photoshop.
