Which one would be better?

I'm Thinking of getting the Gigabyte GA-MA790X - DS4 as Currently I have a Asus M2N SLI DELUXE but cant really overclock my Phenom to High freq without crashing. To be able use the phenom processor on the asus mb I had to upgrade the BIOS and if I get the Gigabyte mb it will be AMD Phenom ready!

Can you guys help? Should I keep my Asus or go for gigabyte?

what do you mean with "High freq"?
I think more than 2,8-3GHz is not possible with a phenom... maybe with a few samples but not as usual as with intel quads.
I don't know what mb is the best for oc, but i don't think it's worth to invest in a new board for 100 or 200 MHz more...

Thanks for the reply - Sorry by hi Freq I mean the Ghz speed the most I can obtain is a 10% overclock (Max) which gives me 2.75Ghz I'm hoping to get to bout 3.0 but I guess your right it isnt worth the extra 100 or 200 for the money ill be spending!

I have read an overclock review of the Phenom and they are not able to go over 2.8 and be stable. Sorry, I don't remember which website...
